Project Based

If you have a specific project which requires high level HR support, this is your best option! For the specified period, your Fractional CHRO can provide as many – or as few – hours of executive support for your project as your budget permits. We will begin our relationship by scoping out your project, and agreeing to service expectations.

This is ideal for clients who are seeking executive support for implementations/roll outs, classification/compensation studies, and performance management assistance.

Retained Executive

As your retained executive for an agreed upon time frame and for a specified term, your F-CHRO is available for you and your needs for a set number of hours or days. For example, if you retain your executive for 20 hours per week, you and your F-CHRO decide how to split that work.

The Retained Executive model is ideal for clients who have an HR team working on the day-to-day functions, but who do not have executive level leadership support with specific expertise in Human Resources. While your HR team may report, upline, to a finance, legal, or operations professional, they often lack some of the key ingredients that make HR professionals so special.
